Applications:
-EMI, RFI, & ESD Shielding
Braided from tin-coated copper, it is both flexible and strong, with superior EMI protection. EMI/RFI is commonly referred to as electrical noise. Tinned copper braid is an ideal shielding material for short-run cables. It can provide added shielding in retrofit applications and is much more flexible than foil solutions. Tinned copper braided sleeving provides superior attenuation of greater than 60 dB over wide frequencies, ranging from a few kilohertz (kHz) to several gigahertz (gHz). Tinned Copper Braided sleeving provides ease of installation compared to foil-wrapped cable.
-Grounding
Tinned copper braided wire is used as flexible jointing wire of electric appliance, switch appliance electric stove and storage battery etc. such as Cable, CRT Assembly Wire, Television, Computer Monitor.ETC signal pickup instruments. Braided copper wire can be provided rolled flat or in tubular form. Flat braids are generally used for flexible connections, electrical leads and grounding straps.
-Protection Sleeving
High-end automotive, heavy equipment and industrial applications have always used braided metal sleeving for secure and efficient grounding solutions. Our braided tinned copper sleeving is a perfect combination of economy and durability and will provide many years of use even in exposed applications. When installed, Metal Braid provides full coverage and is great for covering and protecting hoses on hot rods and motorcycles.
Important Note:
Due to the difference in measurement, product measurement data may have an error of about ±5%. Please make sure you DO NOT mind before you make any payment. If you have any questions, please contact us in time. Leaving a bad review may not really solve your problem.
Important Notes:
EMI and RFI interference is a complex field. There is airborne (radiated) interference as well as conducted interference which flows through the wires and components of a system itself. Using braided shielding mesh is generally considered as good practise when working with sensitive equipment and it also gives a degree of physical protection. However, because of the complexities of dealing with EMI and RFI interference, we can not guarantee that this product will fix EMI or RFI interference problems.
