Explanation for USED: The skin was too small for my device. As I was slowly and carefully removing the skin, I noticed that it, the skin, had removed a little bit of the "epidermis" from my Microsoft Surface and stuck onto the sticky side of the skin. I emailed the company for a refund and they said because the skin had some of the surface's "epidermis" I could just keep it and they will still give me my refund (super kind company) and that I should get my surface checked because it is a defect in its manufacturing. I agree because that did not happen to my friends surface. But the skin as shown in the pictures looks new because it was only applied for 3 seconds and then removed. BUT it was removed form the backing so don't say I didn't say! But honestly I think its in great condition. I cant show you the "epidermis" that was on the sticker because I would have to peel the sticker off a second time and risk the stickiness of the sticker. That is the main reason why I am not accepting returns because once the sticker has been removed a second time I doubt anyone will buy it.
