This type of controller has programming that matches your motor. If you do not have a stock motor please contact us with the model of your motor. And if you have switched to 48volts we will need to know that for the programming.
This is Alltrax's newest line of regen (shunt wound) separately excited motor controllers. It offers many advantages over their older DCX line. These units drive golf cars, people movers, scissors lifts, boom trucks, Neighborhood electric vehicles and a variety of other applications. One of the nice features of this controller is the potting that is done to keep the water out.  You can get this controller wet over and over again with no worries about shorting.

Alltrax Inc. warrants that the product purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of manufacture. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, or alterations.

You must contact us by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning an item to the manufacturer or to us. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the label attached to the shipping box. Packages without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the shipper. Warranty items returned with no fault found will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost, otherwise, a replacement will be sent.

You can contact us for warranty issues and we will provide information on the return of your product to the manufacturer.
